Modifications and options are given to take your practice to the level you desire. Come nourish your mind, body, and spirit with this grounding mixed-level non-heated class.

Mixed Level Vinyasa Warm

A fitness yoga practice appropriate for all levels of practitioners. Vinyasa is a series of poses that warms your body, strengthens the core, and energizes the mind. Modifications and options are given to take your practice to the level you desire. The room is kept between a comfortable 75-85 degrees.

Hot Vinyasa: Room is heated 90-95

You can expect a flowing class that contains Pranayama, and a variety of different poses that range from novice level to advanced. Modifications and options are given to take your practice to the level you desire.
