Service Description
This class will offer a trifecta of healing modalities allowing you to renew , restore & heal for Spring. Included in this 90 Min class we will open with cleansing breath-work, then guid you through a restorative all levels yoga class as you are bathed in the chakra cleansing sounds of the crystal bowls. During your restorative practice each yogi will receive a mini reiki session by our Reiki Master Leonora Hughes. We will close with a short meditative drumming savasana. Leaving you feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. $20 Paid online to save spot Non-Members Balance due day of class.
