Service Description
This class will offer a preview of Reiki, through a combined restorative class, sound healing and Reiki energy healing with Reiki Master Lee Hughes. This is a 90 min workshop to get a feel for Meditation, Reiki, sound therapy a Restorative Yoga all in one. You will get a feel for each in a small dose and learn to understand how it can help heal mind & body, as well as leave feeling less stress along with an introduction how to heal through energy and meditation. $17 Paid online to save spot Non-Members Balance due day of class.
