Always active and athletic she was looking for something to break up the gym routine when she found yoga & immediately fell in love! She loved that it was different every time, as your body feels different all the time.
Raina is a former St. Johns County art teacher who saw the need for a studio in the area. She began by teaching donation classes locally and would put out a “Good Karma” jar for donations and that manifested the Good Karma Yoga Studio today.
Raina brings her creativity and humor to the class and aims to make all her students feel welcome. Her goal is all about destressing whether it be in a slow flow class or a heated vinyasa it’s all about making that mind and body connection.
Outside of the studio, her other passion is travel, a love for learning about other cultures and destinations helps inspire her in all areas of life.

Rebecca received her Yoga Therapist training through the Viniyoga Institute and was trained under Gary Kraftsow (Internationally known Yoga Therapist). Gary brought the knowledge of the Ancient Lineage of Krichnamacarya to his teachings.
Rebecca has been teaching yoga for 20 plus years and has been and has a desire to help people who are experiencing pain in any part of their body either due to injuries, neurological disorders, or undefined causes. Rebecca has experienced a few injuries which were incurred by accidents and had dislocated her femur bone and injured her back. Using yoga techniques and other holistic modalities such as meditation and pranayama she is now pain-free and would like to help others to lead a pain-free life and emotionally balanced life.
Rebecca does Teacher Training Certifications with Yoga Alliance and does yoga therapy private sessions. Free Consults are available upon request.

Lakyn was raised in a world of artistic movement. Dancing ballet from the age of 3, she continued to practice many styles of dance until she was 21. Because she danced competitively, she was required to practice yoga and pilates to learn the art of breathwork while moving, and she connected to a consistent yoga and pilates practice by the age of 16. At the age of 20, she started worked in a hot yoga studio and fell in love with the moving meditation of Bikram yoga. Learning to speak only positively to her image and to really love herself inside and out, Lakyn knew that was something she wanted to help others feel. She studied at Bikram Yoga College of India, Los Angeles, and in 2013, she received her 500hr hot yoga certification. She also has completed a Yin yoga certification and is a 200hr Vinyasa RYT. Her passion for guiding others through a yoga practice is rooted in helping them believe in their true being and to fall in complete and total love with their highest self!

l’m Erika and I am passionate about breathing deeply to dive into the heart space & mind through movement. I have been practicing vinyasa for about 3 years now, and received my 200 HR certification within the last year. I hope to offer you guidance of love & patience through your practice.

Sutton began yoga at age 17 and instantly fell in love with the practice. She completed the Mindfulness and Eight Fold Path 200 hr certification in 2018 and has been teaching ever since.
She believes in calming and strengthening the body and mind while having fun!

Lauren is an RYT200 Baptiste trained yoga instructor and has a passion for sharing yoga with others. Lauren first experienced Baptiste yoga in 2015 and fell in love with the practice. In addition to yoga, she enjoys paddle boarding, reading, traveling, and being a mom. She is looking forward to meeting the Good Karma Yoga community!

Priscila is a nutrition and wellness professional focused in make people feel better and live better. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with over twenty years of experience.
Currently combining the principles of nutrition with yoga and pilates creating a more natural balance between mind, soul, and body and inspiring others to improve wellness and committed to long-term health and fitness goals.

My name is Amanda Moffatt and I am so happy to be a new member of the Good Karma community!
First and foremost…I am a recent first-time mom (she's already 3 months old! ). Up until that time I spent my days practicing yoga, running, cooking, drinking wine, traveling, going to see live music (maybe one day right?), and beaching it with friends.
After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill....a while ago, I began a career in personal training. I've always enjoyed helping people feel better inside and out. Upon turning 30 years old I took a yoga class that changed my body, my mind, and my life...and never looked back! I've been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 12 years. My partner and I moved to Saint Augustine over 3 years ago from NC and fell in love with the vibe of this unique town. I became a certified Yin instructor in 2018. The opportunity this yoga gives you to create space in your body and your mind is literally a breath of fresh air. But honestly, all styles of yoga have something to teach me.
