Join Zanna in and ancient tradition and Ceremony of the Gods with Cacao (cocoa). A Cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and your community on a deeper level. The cacao plant is harvested by hand and takes 400 beans to make one pound of chocolate and has even been used as currency! The history can be traced back to the ancient Maya & before. Traditionally ceremonies were used to manifest abundance in all forms. Considered a heart opener and used inner awakening. In this ceremony you will move through a heart opening practice, join into the intention setting and blessing of the cacao, then close with a meditation. Some of the benefits you can expect to receive from cacao include: Relaxation-inducing hormones, anti-bacterial qualities, source of protein, iron & minerals.
