Service Description

A perfect combination to move the body, ease the mind, and free the spirit to get through the week. This class will start with a Mixed level 45 min non-heated Vinyasa practice to warm up the body, as we focus on breath, increasing flexibility and core strength through mindful movement. We will conclude with an optional 15 min Japa Meditation practice. If you are new to meditation, this will allow you to explore at your own pace. You can stay for 5 min, 8 min or as little or long as you wish. Using a mantra & mala beads is a powerful way meditate. It reduces stress & calms the mind. The heart loves meditation reduces blood pressure and fuels the heart. Improves focus & concentration. Reduces negative thoughts & improves mood. Cultivates positive emotions. Mantras increase shakti, grit and resilience. Come move and flow, meditate try something new find yourself and let go what no longer serves.
