We will begin with compression and expansion, twisting poses to cleanse and purify the organs… Moving into a Vinyasa Flow and finishing with restorative poses to relax & restore the body. This combination is specifically designed to stimulate and purify the internal organs, increase respiration and circulation, improve digestion, and is an effective way to detox and renew the body.
