Service Description

Learn safe and effective assist techniques. The workshop will run for approximately 1.5 hours and all attendees will have an opportunity to practice their techniques while they are in class. There will be 2 Continuing Education Credits for Yoga Alliance that will be given after the class. All levels of teachers are welcome. Cost - $30.00
