Hi! I am Mariah! I am a mother to 3 loving and wildly creative boys. I have been a cosmetologist for 16 years. I found a true love for yoga at the beginning of 2023. What started as a fun hobby at home to get me through a hard time in my life turned into a true passion for yoga and meditation. I began practicing at Good Karma and immediately knew I wanted to teach. My mission is to empower others to embrace their bodies, nourish their minds, and ignite their souls through the transformative practice of yoga, just as it has enriched my own life.
