Service Description

Come out and celebrate ths Summer Solstice (a time of renewal and rebirth). Many of the ancient traditions celebrate this time of year with the number 108. This number has long been revered as a sacred number. We will celebrate using a combination of traditional sun salutes and modified sun salute. Options will be given if you need to rest in between We will finish the workshop with a healing Summer Solstice meditation accompanied by the crystal bowls.
