Service Description

Special 75-Minute Vin-Yin Class with Live Guitar & Vino to Follow! Come move with us to the beautiful sounds of a live guitar as we flow through a 75-minute Vin-Yin practice. Allow the ambiance of the music to fill your spirit as we flow, building heat in our vinyasa practice, then winding down with our yin. Vino or water provide after class but feel free to bring your own beverage of choice. $8 GK Members | $20 Non Members | Balance due at class.
