BEGINNER YOGI STARTER PRIVATE PACKAGE: • Receive 6 private sessions in our studio • Learn the basics of yoga with the support of a caring teacher • Learn modifications specific to your body • Receive two yoga sequences you can incorporate into your daily life • Feel comfortable attending a regularly scheduled yoga class • Weekly check-in and support • Learn how and when to use props in your practice • How and when to incorporate breath work and meditation • and so much more!! $349 To book email: info@goodkarmayogastaug.com Private/offsite Yoga Yoga class will be tailored to your needs (meditative, physical, restorative) targeting your specific goals. Classes and any needed equipment (mats, straps, blocks, etc) can be delivered to your location of choice. Great for office, pre-wedding, or family weekends! Or in our beautiful studio. WE OFFER BOTH ONSITE & OFFSITE OPTIONS On Site: $75 for a 60-minute session $100 for 90 Min Off Site: $100 60 min $125 90 min Depending on your needs Yoga Therapy is also available with our Yoga Therapist, Rebecca: For this, we recommend a 90 min session first which will include your evaluation/observation along with a general session.
