Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training

This training will a Yoga Alliance Certification Teacher Training, and will begin October 18th and run through late May. Due to revised standards of the Yoga Alliance, this training will be one Sunday per month in-person at Good Karma Yoga Studio, and three two-hour sessions online per month via Zoom.

You will be certified in Vinyasa Flow, and you will be learning Yin, Restorative Hatha, Meditation Pranayama (yoga breathing), Stress release, Yoga Philosophy, Alignment, and so much more.

It's never too late to follow your dream! Modifications will be given throughout the training.

This Teacher Training will be offered at a discounted rate of $1500 - so it is a great opportunity to get yourself certified!

Rebecca Dawson is a 500 ERYT (Experienced Yoga Teacher) and Yoga Therapist (International Association of Yoga Therapists).
